Canbot, 3.5cm tall robot figure created out of soda can by Hong Kong artist Orson Li. "Can" refers to soda can and "bot" refers to “robot".
The well-known series is the “ Dinosaur - Panda - Robot ” (preserve human civilization of “history - now - future” by recycling and upcycling) that has been toured around the world including Cameron art museum in the United States and the art pieces are highly demanded by collectors and celebrities from all over the world.

From folding aluminium to stainless steel, artist Orson Li insists on developing a 3.5cm "iron man". All joints and structures are as same as classic aluminium miniature "Canbot" upcycle art. Thickness of steel sheet is the essential concern and difficulty in folding by hand that takes two years for our research and development.
Repetitive tests conducted by Orson's design team created a set of steel mold through applying laser cutting technique. The design of the steel mold is particularly for folding and Mortism-tenon with no screw, no glue and no welding that perfectly present the aesthetics of Canbot art classic.
Integration of traditional craftmenship into technology development to exhibit the uniqueness of human.

When the last tree on Earth has been withered, Robot Fireball realized the human habitat was at risk. Fireball led his team back to present time through time travel hoping to save and protect the trees before it is too late.
The mission took many years to accomplish and the energy of time travel depleted. The guardian robots decide to stay at the present and collaborate with human to save the planet together.
